Since its inception, the Lowcountry Youth Services has served over 1200 young men and women and their families.

OUR APPROACH

​

Our mentoring programs provide a platform for young people to build positive connections with adults and peers through youth empowerment groups. Our organization implements an evidence-based curriculum from the Council for Boys and Young Men and The Girls’ Circle to give participants a chance to learn meaningfully about themselves and the world around them.

Distinguished Gentlemen’s Club is a small group mentoring program that equips 3rd – 12th grade young men to become confident, positive contributors to their environment.

YOUNG LEADERS'

INSTITUTE

Mentor and Mentees South Carolina

Young Leaders' Institute is a summer program for boys and girls in the 6th-8th grades. The camp focuses on providing college and career readiness, social-emotional learning , and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
